*All prices exclude VAT. Contract term applies to both Broadband and Line Rental. Although we provide broadband nationwide the cost may be higher for some customers based on their location. In some areas of the UK the wholesale price of Broadband is regulated and it costs us more to provide Broadband. Unfortunately this means we have to charge extra.

** About our Broadband speeds
Average speeds Average speeds are supplied by thinkbroadband.com, an independent organisation that operates home speed tests on user connections. In order to provide the best indication of a typical customer’s ‘real-world’ experience, the average speed is calculated from tests run throughout the full 24-hour period of each day. Additionally, tests are carried out on equipment including PCs, tablets, phones and games consoles over both wireless and wired connections.
