If you don’t feel ready to take the plunge to a full support contract yet, or want to try out our service – you can. We offer an Ad-hoc support service where you simply pay us by the hour or at a pre-agreed fixed fee.

As an ad-hoc customer, we will also try to get your problem resolved as soon as possible and we may even be able to start working on your PC remotely within a matter of minutes. If we can’t fix it from here, we can arrange to visit you to get you working again.

If the issue is urgent and you have Internet connectivity, we may be able to work on your problem securely and remotely. This is normally a more cost efferent service as we don’t have travelling expenses.

We’ve been buying a lot of hardware for a long time now. We know the best places to buy from at the best prices. We can supply you directly at competitive prices, or if you have seen goods elsewhere, we can advise you on suitability etc.

We are partners with many software and hardware manufacturers, so we can often get better pricing for you than going direct yourself.
