Do you cover my area?
If your business is in the North West, almost certainly. We cover Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cumbria. For the furthest parts of the region we focus on contract clients and larger sites, where regular visits make sense for both of us.
Do contract clients pay call-out charges?
No. On-site support for devices already under your support contract is included, with no call-out fees and no limit on visits. New device set-ups, office moves and projects may be chargeable, and we always quote first.
How quickly can you get to us?
Most issues are resolved remotely, usually far quicker than waiting for an engineer. When a visit is needed, we schedule it around your business, with priority for urgent faults.
Can you support businesses with more than one office?
Yes. Many of our clients have several sites across the North West, and we manage them all as one network with one point of contact.
