Do you offer on-site IT support in Cheshire?
Yes. Our engineers regularly visit clients across Cheshire. Most issues are fixed remotely first, and when someone needs to be on site we arrange it quickly.
How much does IT support cost?
Contract support starts from £25 per user or PC per month (ex VAT), with lower rates for larger teams. One-off remote help is £30 per session. Minimum contract is normally 12 months.
Do contract clients pay call-out charges?
No. On-site support for devices already under your contract is included. New device set-ups, office moves and projects may be chargeable, and we always quote first.
