Mix and match: give each person the plan that suits them. Every plan includes 2,000 UK minutes a month: 1,200 to UK landlines (01 and 02), 750 to UK mobiles (any UK network except Channel Islands, Isle of Man and specialist numbers), 50 to 03 numbers and 200 conference bridge minutes.

Business phone system FAQs
How much does a business phone system cost?
£10 per user a month + VAT on Essential, or £15 on Professional, each with 2,000 UK minutes a month. Phones are optional, from £57.74 each, and there’s a one-off charge to move existing numbers. Use the quote builder above to see your total.
What’s included in the 2,000 minutes?
Each user gets 1,200 minutes to UK landlines (01 and 02), 750 to UK mobiles (any UK network except Channel Islands, Isle of Man and specialist numbers), 50 to 03 numbers and 200 conference bridge minutes every month. Calls outside the bundle are charged at our standard call charges, and you can see every call itemised in your client area.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. We move them for you for a one-off charge (from £15 per number) and tell you the date they’ll switch. Keep your current lines active until we confirm the move is complete.
Do we need new phones?
Not necessarily. Professional users can use the Webex app on their mobile and computer, and Essential users have a desktop app. If you’d like handsets, ours arrive set up and ready to plug in. Other compatible phones may work too: ask us.
Will it work on our internet connection?
Most business connections handle calls easily. We’ll check yours, and if it needs an upgrade we can supply business broadband too.
What happens if our internet or power goes down?
Calls can be forwarded automatically to a mobile or another number, so you don’t miss customers. VoIP needs power and an internet connection, so in a power cut keep a mobile phone handy, including for 999 calls.
How long is the contract?
12 months from the date your service goes live, then it carries on month to month until you give 30 days’ notice. You can add users at any time.
We need something more complex. Can you help?
Yes. As well as the plans above, we design and install larger systems with call centres, queues and menus, multiple sites and links to your other software, and we can migrate or reconnect an existing phone system. Call us on 0161 660 7471 for a quote.
Can staff take office calls at home?
Yes. Professional users get the Webex app for their mobile and computer, and any user can log in to a desk phone at home or hot desk in the office.
