Send us a password securely

Need to give us a password, Wi-Fi key or login? Send it here instead of by email. It’s encrypted, only our support team can open it, and it’s destroyed as soon as it’s been viewed.

Only send what we need, and include usernames in the same box if they help. Never send card numbers.

HOW IT WORKS

Safer than email

Encrypted straight away

Your password is encrypted the moment it reaches us. It never appears in an email, and it can’t be read from a copy of our database.

Only our engineers

We get an email saying something has arrived, with a link. Only Posilan support staff, signed in with their work account, can open it.

Viewed once, then gone

It can be viewed once and is then permanently deleted. Anything not viewed within 7 days is deleted automatically.

A few tips

  • Put the username and any notes in the same box as the password, so we have everything in one place.
  • Tell us in the “What is it for?” box what the password unlocks, but keep the password itself in the password box.
  • Never send card or bank details, here or anywhere else.
  • If you’ve sent the wrong thing, call us on 0161 660 7471 and we’ll delete it.
